Why does my pictures not show up in my questions?

This has happened to me once. When I posted my answer, the picture was on the Internet. Days later I noticed that the picture was replaced by an icon. I clicked on the icon and found that the picture was no longer available. Are you able to get to the picture by clicking on it?

The pictures is hosted on my site I know they are there.

Are you using the "Photo" option or are you pasting it into the WYSIWYG editor. I've noticed since the editor was added lots of characters and links have been cutting cut off, devs know about it, until then use the photo option below
