Why does it feel like my ribs get caught under one another?
Why do my ribs sometimes feel like they are stuck under each other? It feels like one rib goes under another one and I will have to stretch that side for the pain to go a way.I get it sometimes when I get up from laying down or if I twist my torso it will feel like my ribs get caught under each other.

That sounds uncomfortable. I would recommend talking to a doctor, it may be exactly what it feels like.
