Why does Infrarecorder ignore so called 'Deep Files'?
I'm using Infrarecorder. I think it sucks because it creates an image and then burns the image, making a 10 minute process last 20 minutes. I hate to wait.
I have another question:
What other free program should I use to burn files in Windows XP?
Thank you for your help.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It probably ignores deep files because of ISO 9660 limitations (8 directories or 207 characters, depending on your settings). InfraRecorder does support the UDF file system, which solves this problem nicely.
As for alternatives, DeepBurner is probably the best option though it does happen to be closed source.
