Why do you love your job?

There are days when we work and work but we feel like we want to quit. Then we start realizing that the perks in our job are the reason why we stay and keep working.

I'm looking for someone who gives an impressive list of perks and can give a good inspiration/motivation to everyone. Please start with what do you do and give an overview.

Looking forward to learning something new from you all.

Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Hi. I am a chemist and I do Lab work for a water bottling company. I love my work because it challenges me to think and do my best in my chosen field. I wake up early in the morning and never comes late. I take pride in what I do and it shows. I never get tired of my work except physically. I love working with my colleagues and other workers in the factory. Work is not like work to me because I enjoy what I do. Peace!

Because I can manage it on my own and work at my most convenient time, and the best thing I love about it is I'm earning my own money
