I think yoga is the best start for any physical activities, and I’ll tell you why. Almost all yoga moves are very slow and smooth and that gives your body a chance to warm up safely without causing any harm. If you come to a gym and start exercises right away, without due preparation of the body, it can make you sick. Any physical activity ought to start with a smooth warm up which gradually grows into tougher moves and exercises. This is the safest way for your body to be completely ready for sports or gym activities, yoga is the perfect warm up.
