M$Try to keep a mental record when it happens while out at work, shopping, etc, and then when you get a chance, write it down. Try a journal and keep a record. maybe a pattern will show up? once you find a pattern, you can't unseen it. Try talking to a psychologist also. maybe ask @psycgirl on her thoughts too (she's a therapist and whatnot, she might be able to give you some more scientific insight)

M$Think of the what these people have in common? What mental feelings they create to you?

M$What do they have in common? Do all are men, women? They have a particular way of dressing? You notice any special color on their attire? Do they have a hair style in common? Keep observing. Keep a journal of your shivers. Is it with all people? Or with only a few people? Is it like they come right in front of you or you are just passing them through their right side?Observe, observe observe...You sure can figure out.
