Why do I have 103% helpful answers and -3% not helpful?

My answers profile shows I have 103% helpful and -3% not helpful. I admit not to understanding fully the latest new math but this baffles me.
Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

You received the "most helpful" bonus!!

Actually, it's a glitch I've seen a few times before. Email feedback@mahalo.com and they will correct this error. I've reported it before, but they never told me exactly what caused it--only that they fixed it.

It does seem this happens to just about everyone at some point. I know I reported it back when I was a Green Belt. I have also noticed it change for a couple of hours and go back to normal every so often.

It's because you rock that much! I had the same thing, but never reported it and it corrected itself on it's own after about two weeks. I like thinking that I'm just that awesome..lol

I would assume this is a fault with Mahalo chuck006. Try contacting feedback@mahalo.com for more information as to why there is a problem with your account.

If you do have 103% helpful and -3% not - it means you have 97% helpful answers and 3% which are not.

Contact Mahalo for help on this glitch. It has occured on several accounts.

This seems to be happening to several users with 100% helpful answers. At least now, both percentages add up to 100. :)

I have the same problem at the moment. I believe it happened when the server hung while I was submitting an answer. The answer got posted, but for some reason never ended up in my "Recent Activity" log. Comments to the answer did, but not the answer itself. Points for the answer were also not added to my total. My percentage went over the 100% mark immediately after, so I can only assume that's what caused it.
