Why do corn flakes and Sugar frosted flakes have the save number of calories per serving?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Actually sugar does not have a lower calorie count. All carbohydrates have 4 calories per gram. http://www.nutristrategy.com/nutrition/calories.htm
If you look closer at the links provided above, you'll notice that the serving sizes are not the same. If you adjust them both to be 1 cup, you'll see that:
Corn Flakes = 101 calories
Sugar-Frosted Flakes = 152 calories
Don't be fooled, the sugar is not good for you.
