Why do cigarettes no longer say 'light' or 'ultra light' on the boxes?

I just went through the check out at Walgreens and noticed the Marlboro and Camel boxes no longer say light or ultra light. The colors remained the same, so those who are familiar with the brands know which is which, but wouldn't that put some people off? What is the reason for this change? Did all brands make this change?

Thanks!

June 22 marks the first time in American history that terms like light, ultra-light, low, mild and medium can no longer legally be used in the marketing and sale of cigarettes. Other countries also outlaw the labeling of cigarettes as “light” — an underhanded ploy promoting the idea that certain cigarettes have lower tar and nicotine content than others.

The majority of major cigarette manufacturers offer a light, low-tar, and/or mild cigarette brand. Due to recent U.S. legislation prohibiting the use of these descriptors, tobacco manufacturers are turning to color coding to allow consumers to differentiate between regular and light brands

In accordance with the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act of 2010 it is illegal for a cigarette to be mislabeled. Generally terms like light, utlra light and the such are misleading to the people using the product to make them seem healthier than they actually are
