Why did Scottie leave myhtbusters

From what I could find, all that is stated was that Scottie Chapman "The Mistress of Metal" left Mythbusters after the 3rd season for 'personal reasons'.

She did come back in one special, but it looks like that particular job began months before her departure and she was included when finishing up that particular experiment.
I couldn't find anything relating to her leaving the show on her myspace page either.
