Why did Pacquiao not fight Foreman? He had a chance to win a record world title in an eighth weight division.

Congratulations to Miguel Cotto Jr. and Yuri Foreman. Foreman stood brave but Cotto was the better fighter.

Pacquiao TKOed Cotto. He TKOed taller Oscar Dela Hoya, and I think he also wanted to fight taller Margarito. Foreman wanted to fight Pacquiao.
