The job involves living in a beach home for six months, snorkeling, watching whales and blogging about their experience.
Grima was not hurt in the jump.
However, Fort Pierce police, the St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office, the Coast Guard and Florida fish and game officers responded.
Grima received a notice to appear in court for breach of peace/disorderly conduct and must pay for all the resources used as a result of his stunt, police said.
