Why can't this dog figure out how to escape the cans?

I mean, if a wild dog could be trapped this easily, it would never survive in the wild.

I would guess he has been conditioned somehow to fear the can-fence surrounding him. Either that, or he has terribly low doggie self esteeem. A can't-ine, if you will, instead of a CANine.

Clearly the dog is scared of the cans. Taurus and Fondue would plow through those cans, crushing half of them in the process, without ever knowing they were there!

The real questions is why can't this bulldog do situps?!?!?

This dog has been conditioned to be an inside dog and perhaps was raised in a playpen or crib. I feel sorry for this dog. I also feel sorry for indoor cats.

There may be some relation between this dog's idiocy and the pink ribbon it sports on its head. This is just a guess.

Outdoor cats are more at risk and live shorter lives than indoor cats ( http://cats.about.com/cs/catmanagement101/a/indooroutdoor.htm ). However, I have a privacy fence in my backyard, so my cat does get to go out for a short period every day. He now thinks he is a dog, and will scratch at the door to be let in and out.

Maybe the dog has one of the electric dog collars on. That would keep him inside the cans, although I've heard that those are pretty inhumane.

It could be that he's also just scared of the Natty Light cans. I'd be frightened.
