Why can't I open two PowerPoint or Excel docs in their own window? They reuse the same window by default. Not helpful for side-by-side work.
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

Instead of dbl cliking on the file to open it, open another instance of either PPT or excel, then use the File Open to open the second file.
