Why can't I login to Mahalo Answers with any success?

I get a temp password emailed to me and it doesn't work. I've tried this 3 times now. Any suggestions? I want to change my profile from being a dude!

Email feedback@mahalo.com to let them know the problem. There are still minor glitches in the system that they are ironing out.

I have no idea. I can come to the site and be logged in, but I can't log in or edit my profile. The internets are creating vast confusion in my world...
