why are open houses at the same time?
You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

To limit the number of houses you can actually look at in one day.

I voted NBA, because the answer has no source.
@vladis
@garamis... do you have a source for that? Because I highly doubt it's true. I would think that is the time most people are out and about.. 2-4 pm on Saturday? (thats what it is around here anyways).. You don't want it in the morning because people will sleep in, go for breakfast or brunch on the weekends.. during lunch or dinner would also result in less visitors, during the week people are working, after dinner people typically go out or have plans on the weekend. The afternoon of a saturday is when people are out and about. Look at the target market - working people. This is a time that is convenient for most people.
