Why are college students annoyed with mobile advertising?
A recent study says that college students are annoyed by mobile ads, yet will gladly view them if they are paid $1 for each view. Are they still annoyed even when they are paid, and are they more likely to act on a mobile ad when paid, or are they still annoyed?

Because mobile ads are annoying. College students though are notoriously low on funds and usually willing to do an annoying thing for money.
