Why am I unable to ask questions on Twitter with the @answers command?

"@answers how do you get a stored wifi password off iphone?" and then they will respond with:
"@yourusername New A: Click on the Networks blue arrow, and then Forget this network"

I believe it needs to start with @answers. When I click on @replies in Twitter I only see ones that start with @myusername.
Someone actually asked same question as you, no response yet, but I am looking hard for a solution.

Your Twitter updates are protected, that blocks Mahalo from using them on this website.
hmm pigenor, we'll have to look into that, do you have the twitter permalink, or whats you twitter username?
