Who's Ed Begley Jr.?

Tip for best answer: M$1.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Ed Begley Jr. is an actor and environmental activist.

He is best known for a role in the show, St. Elsewhere, but currently has a reality show called Living With Ed on the Planet Green channel, which follows his quest to make his house more environmentally friendly.

His house, for instance, is so efficient that he pays $300 a year in electric bills.

Ed Begley Jr. is an environmentalist who was shown on the Oprah Winfrey Show today. He is such an activist that he refused to fly into the show so that he could reduce his carbon footprint, but his wife flew in and was on the show.

He showcased his home on Oprah via Skype.

According to the Wikipedia entry Ed Begley Jr. has a 1,585 square foot home that runs on solar electric power, and wind power via a PacWind vertical-axis wind turbine. Its air conditioning unit cooled by Greenway Design Group, LLC. He also generates electricity with his bike, and pays $300 a year in electric bills. I believe it was $100 on the Oprah show.

He is on a reality television show called "Living with Ed" which is on the Green Planet channel.
