They offer free shipping, no setup charges, and no screen charges.
They say in their FAQ that 12 is their 'minimum' order, but also note that if there is a special order that needs less than that, they are more than willing to accomodate for it.

They do custom tshirt making, and are having a 10 percent off sale, they don't look like they'll be in business much longer(says two weeks) but they've been saying that for several months already now.
Maybe you can get an order in before they close down, and save some money.

After getting a low quality sample order from online provider, Zazzle.com, I decided I'd be better off taking my design in person to our local EmbroidMe store. I was able to talk to the business owner directly, and make sure my quality concerns would be addressed.
Prices are competitive - 30% less than Zazzle.com in my case - and no shipping charges.

Custom t-shirt supplier?
I'm looking for a cheap t-shirt supplier who can print my designs that I supply to them by email.
I have UK and Spanish options but I'm looking at the global options as I know countries like China can be amazingly cheap.
I'm looking at placing orders of 10, 100, 1000.
Thankyou.

Check out Zazzle, they can print smaller quantities on demand for you. For larger quantities you may want to check out Branders.com, as they can assist you with a lower discount. Going to China, you probably will have to increase the order quantity, but if you're specifically looking for manufacturers in China, be sure to check out Alibaba.com.

I would beware of Zazzle. First, they can be quite expensive ($28/t-shirt for 4-color screen on black). Second, I had to request a return due to poor quality (double-image, and bad color matching).

I just placed an order for 75 shirts from EmbroidMe (http://www.embroidme.com/). They are an international chain of franchise stores (over 250 locations) for local clothing printing/embroidery. This gives you a standard level of quality as well as the benefit of dealing with a local business owner. After getting a low quality sample order from online provider, Zazzle.com, I decided I'd be better off taking my design in person to our local EmbroidMe store. I was able to talk to the business owner directly, and make sure my quality concerns would be addressed.
