Whole Foods or Trader Joes and why?

Trader Joe's! Much better prices; they do try to keep GMO's out although not everything is organic. You can try anything in the store right on the spot (ok, not the raw meat) or take it home, use it, and bring it back for a full refund.
They only pick the best-tasting things (which is why they carry a lot of organics). Yes, they might stop carrying your favorite thing, but that's because they buy huge amounts from the producer, and when it's gone, it's gone. But if it was really good it might be back.
The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable; kind of like here. The atmosphere is great: fun, friendly, helpful. A LOT like here, complete with lei motif.

I really only get a few things at Whole Paycheck. I can't stay away from Trader Joe's.
