Most of the times, the marketing team employed by the radio broadcaster writes these ads, but an important person who makes this ad a success is the radio jockey (RJ) himself who creates a special relationship with his listeners. His listeners like him, adore him, and are almost always convinced that whatever he says would be right. So, they trust the RJ more than they actually trust a particular good’s merits. And the RJ in turn uses this very trust entrusted to him by his listeners in creating and airing these commercials. Hence, it is the RJ himself most of the times who writes successful ads, that we hear on the radio, since, he knows what do we want to hear? And how? And thus, uses his skill and tactics in convincing us .
