I'm not sure what you mean by "last" as the most recent season of "The Biggest Loser" just ended a couple of weeks ago, so I'll put the stats for the two most recent seasons.
The winner of "The Biggest Loser Season 7: Couples 2" (January 6, 2009 – May 12, 2009) was Helen Phillips, who went from 257 lbs (117kg, 18 stone) to 117 lbs (53kg, 8 stone).

The winner of "The Biggest Loser Season 8: Second Chances" (September 15, 2009 – December 8, 2009) was Danny Cahill, who went from 430 lbs (195kg, 31 stone) to 191 lbs (87kg, 14 stone).
