Who will win the NFC South?

The New Orleans Saints are probably the odds on favorites to win this division, but it seems like this is a particular division that hasn’t had one team constantly dominant. Sure the Tampa Bay Buccanneers were good for a few years in a row under Jon Gruden but even then, they struggled to win the division every season. Can someone like the Atlanta Falcons rise up and take the title away from the Saints? Can the Carolina Panthers perform better than they did a year ago?

I still like the New Orleans Saints to win the NFC South. They just have so much firepower on offense with Drew Brees, Marques Colston, Reggie Bush and more that they are tough to stop. Besides that, they have proved to play tough defense when need be. The Carolina Panthers should be an improved team with a new quarterback at the helm. I don't think the Atlanta Falcons can be good enough to win the division but could finish second an perhaps earn a wild card spot barring injuries to quarterback Matt Ryan and running back Michael Turner. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers should be better than in 2009 but they are so far behind the other teams in the division that I still see a last place finish.

The Saints are definitely the favorites here. But I'm going out on a limb and calling the Falcons to threaten them for the crown. Don't be surprised to see the Bucs come out of nowhere and fetch a wildcard spot. I know sounds crazy but they still have a team that can play D and a QB with a hell of an arm and has matured after getting beat on last year. All in all the Saints have the table to run but be careful Falcons and Bucs are way under the radar and could pop out in a mad hatter fashion.
