Who will win the AFC East in 2010
While the smart money is probably going to be on the New England Patriots just because they have been the team to beat, it seems as though the division might be up for grabs, with all three other teams making changes to attempt to compete in the upcoming season. The New York Jets have made some serious upgrades to their already impressive defense, and will have Mark Sanchez no longer a rookie when he takes snaps this season. Can the Miami Dolphins manage to jump into the race? Are the Buffalo Bills assured of last place, or can they contend as well?

I actually think it's about time for the New England Patriots to be knocked out of the top spot in the division. They've had a great run but I believe the New York Jets can take over. Mark Sanchez is only going to continue to improve and like you said, their defense has been good and is only going to be better. The Miami Dolphins should be a better team with Chad Henne having some experience under his belt. He appears to have real good leadership qualities and is a big, strong kid with good smarts and a good arm. For the Dolphins to be serious contenders though, they need to improve on the defensive side of the ball where they gave up 390 points last season. The Bills will most likely continue to bring up the basement in this increasingly tough division.
