Who was the US President who became MVP of the Michigan Wolverines?

He was one of those who braved playing the game without helmet.
Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

That was Gerald Ford. He should have used a helmet.

Something must have happened to his taste buds as well as his brain cells, because his favorite beer was tasteless mass market Coors.

You asked a question for which you already knew the answer. That's not the purpose of Mahalo. And it only took a moment to google. I added a twist out of my own motives.

The goal of mahalo is to become the next wiki, and would like to outrank other sites and be on top of the search results once questions like this one is asked by someone searching for answers. There are things we know that other people don't.
You would've answered it right away without doing a search if you knew... But you did a quick search in google and found an answer from elsewhere. Wouldn't you be glad if that source were Mahalo.com???

No. I guessed the answer immediately; but, looked it up via google in order to have a source (which I didn't bother to quote, I just wanted to be sure). No, I don't want Mahalo as a source. It is not a source. It is human assistance for research. No one on Mahalo is an expert, certainly not on most of the questions they answer.

In addition to being something you already knew, and something easy to look up with no thought needed, the question is also inherently uninteresting. Who on earth would care that Ford played for his college team?

Why did you even bother if it wasn't interesting enough? And why do you even bother coming back to comment?
Some things may not be interesting for you, but it does't mean it's not interesting for the rest of the world. If you don't like it, just shut up and stop making comments.
