Go to the tab that says "Find Local Council", type in your zip code and it will give a council number, their name, address and phone number. If your zip code comes up with a blank then try the nearest zip code to where you live. Depending on your area, there may be only one council or there may be several to choose from. Call them all to find the best one for you. They should be able to help you from there. I hope this was helpful.
