Who sang the Snoopy versus Red Baron x-mas song?

You can state the band name or the lead singer or both

Tip for best answer: M$5.00
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

It's the Royal Guardsmen. "Snoopy vs. the Red Baron" was their big hit in 1966. "Snoopy's Christmas" was the followup hit in 1967. It's pretty much a rewrite of the same song, with new lyrics about Christmas and a bit of "O Tannenbaum" at the beginning.

The Royal Guardsmen mined the "Snoopy" thing for all it was worth, also releasing the singles "The Return of the Red Baron" and "Snoopy for President."
