Who owns a Keurig and how do you clean it?
We have a Keurig coffee machine, like the one in the image below. What is the best way to clean it out??

1. Unplug your coffee machine and allow to cool before cleaning.
2. Clean outside of the machine by wiping with a clean, damp, nonabrasive cloth.
3. Slide the drip tray toward you to remove and wash with warm, soapy water or place in the top rack of the dishwasher.
4. Remove the K-cup holder by grasping the top with one hand and pushing up from the bottom with the other hand. Pull the funnel from the holder to remove. Wash the K-cup holder and funnel with warm, soapy water or place in the top rack of the dishwasher.
5. Remove water reservoir from machine and wash it in the sink with warm, sudsy water or place in the dishwasher. The lid is not dishwasher-safe.
6. Replace all parts that have been cleaned.
7. Drain any water from your Keurig coffee maker.
8. Fill the reservoir with 48 oz. of undiluted white vinegar (B100 uses 64 ounces of vinegar, and the mini personal brewer uses 8 oz.).
9. Place a ceramic cup on the drip tray.
10. Brew the vinegar into the cup then pour into the sink. Brew three more times.
11. Fill the reservoir with fresh water and allow the machine to sit for four hours.
12. Brew again until the reservoir is empty of all water.
