Who or what is the most evil minded movie villain of all time?
I and my little one usually invent our own games. My nephew came out with a game where we are to choose a villain and connect him to a film. So we began to make a list all the movie villains we knew; it was fun. I actually think for sci-fi, the joker in Batman is the most evil minded movie villain. What do you think?

I also thought of joker as one of the evil minded villain but I cannot help but think of the movie "Silence of the Lambs" and "Hannibal". Dr. Hannibal Lecter is the worst and most evil-minded villain for me. He also appeared in "Red Dragon" movie. He is a brilliant psychiatrist and a cannibal serial killer. He is describes as small and sleek with wiry strength in his arms.
In Silence of the Lambs it is revealed that he had a mid ray duplication or sexdactyly or his left hand has an extra digit in which a middle finger is duplicated.
He is a brilliant psychiatrist who is incarcerated after he is proven to be a cannibal and a serial killer. He spends most of his time writing articles for medical journals during his incarceration.
While in Hannibal which took place seven years after Silence of the Lambs. Lecter is residing in Florence Italy . He returns to the U.S. ans is captured by Verger.
