M$But ultimately I would say there is only one person that should be held accountable criminally and that is the doctor who administered propofol to him. They knew it was wrong. They knew it was dangerous, deadly and they would have known it was illegal and unethical to use it for that purpose and to use it out of the hospital. There is no excuse for that and a medical doctor would have known the risks and the consequences especially for repeated use.
Propofol (INN, marketed as Diprivan by AstraZeneca) is a short-acting, intravenously administered hypnotic agent. It has several uses in anesthesia and sedation, including induction of general anesthesia in adults and children, maintenance of general anesthesia, sedation for intubated, mechanically ventilated adults in the intensive care unit (ICU), sedation in procedures such as colonoscopy and endoscopy, and dental surgery. It is never to be administered without medical supervision or outside of a hospital. It is not approved for insomnia.

M$The plastic surgeon doctor. Everyone has focused on the one staying with him but if your recall the day it was reported the plastic surgeon doctor was reported leaving MJ's room prior to the man who had been staying there discovered him. Besides have you noted he all of a sudden when this doctor is being investigated wanted to have visitation rights for the children? He looks to me to be waiting as well As Rowe to see who is charged before asserting these things and I hope the police have been paying attention to it. No one else had a reason for him to be killed. And no I don't believe it was accidental CNN showed a man who was put under the same drug and he stopped breathing the minute it took effect. And they had to restart his heart or breathing. Why would you allow a drug like this to be in a person's home unmonitored which MJ was. And why would who ever gave it to him leave him unmonitored at all and they are supposed to be medical professionals. Both of these doctors should have known the risks to use it with out supervision or monitoring yet he was not monitored. The black doctor no matter what is guilty of malpractice for not calling for the paramedics when he was discovered though. He didn't know how long he had not been breathing yet he spent how long trying to revive him before calling for help?
The argument of the various drugs and doctors prescriptions is mute. The bottom line is no matter who he is they should want their career to be clean of any scandal. if they are stupid enough to allow a celebrity to help them lose their license by not doing their job then that is on them. I am so tired of everyone saying MJ's clout made the people do all this. How many of us knew this man before this scandal occurred so that must mean that his being MJ's doctor didn't give him too much notoriety till he died huh? Besides how do you know for a fact MJ got these prescriptions. How do you not know that his employees were using these entirely bogus names to get their own stash. MJ was sleeping according to these doctors for 12 hours a day? So he had time to take all these drugs when he was awake? I don't think so. One thing celebrity status does do for ya is cause you to get abused by your employees a lot easier if you don't monitor they actions and lets be real I doubt very seriously he ever did. He loved his children too much to use them to get drugs for himself using their name I believe. That I will bet was someone desperate to get the stuff and grabbed at the names he or she could at the time. As I said MJ didn't monitor his money as much as we would like to believe he did. so I would bet the same on his prescriptions also. Besides who actually saw MJ get these prescriptions? Ya have to sign for them. Was it his signature? Then you should know something is up. Cause the pharmacies would be stupid to let a man or woman forge a man’s name not theirs and they knew this ok? Otherwise they should have had ID saying as to who they were and it should have been documented also by the pharmacy. We will see with the autopsy results won't we?
You can find a doctor to give you prescriptions if you are willing to pay not matter what your status as long as you are willing to pay. When do they take responsibility for their actions.
And since AEG hired him they to should have been liable. cause I noted after MJ died they are all of a sudden saying he hired him although reports said that they had hired him to make sure MJ stayed healthy for the whole tour.
Sincerely,
Lynnette Lewis
