You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

I have eaten this peanut butter for many years. It is consistently some of the best peanut butter on the market. The oil will separate from the peanut butter, but this can be easily mixed back into the jar with a whirl through the blender. Enjoy, it is great on a slice of whole grain bread.

Most brands you find in natural foods stores will have no added sugar.
I normally shop TJ's and natural foods stores and I don't buy peanut butter with sugar.

I heard about this separation before. I have always wondered if you could just run a butter knife though and mix it up.
BTW, welcome to Mahalo. If you are a librarian, then truly you are a person after my own heart. I still remember the day that I first went to a library. I could not believe it. They let you take books home! For free!
