M$If you ask me this question in another month, I might give you a completely different answer! But one thing is super clear: I strongly prefer high-quality, whole-leaf, loose-leaf tea. And I really like single-region and single-estate teas.

M$- To start the day, English Breakfast and Earl Grey are always good. And while Earl Grey is a little sour, it goes very well with yogurt and fruits as breakfast.
- After meal, a nice cup of Oolong tea can be great for digestion. You can even get some flowers in the tea to enhance the flavour. I personally like to add osmanthus in Oolong.
- Before going to bed, sleepytime from Celestrial is really what I love.
- During winter time, two of my favorites are Pu-er tea for its rich taste and ginger with wolf-berries. It taste great and have a lot of health benefits especially during winter. Put a handful of wolf-berries there and you don't even need any kind of sweetener.
- During summer when it is hot, make a green tea with rose or a silver needle and put it in the fridge works great for me! Usually I would make it less strong than hot tea so that the tannin doesn't make that tea bitter. (happens when the tea is cooled down)
