I love tea. I grew up with primarily herbal teas as my mom had developed an allergy to caffeine (and black teas are high in it). I do like peach iced tea and jasmine tea these days which tend to be based in a black tea leaf blend, but many of my favorite teas are still herbals. For instance, right now I am thinking of making myself a nice vanilla chamomile tea.

I love tea; it's really hard for me to pick a single favorite tea. One of my favorites is Darjeeling tea from Makaibari estate. I like both the green tea and the first flush black tea from this tea garden. I also love oolong tea, especially the se chung oolongs, from Anxi county in Fujian province of China.

If you ask me this question in another month, I might give you a completely different answer! But one thing is super clear: I strongly prefer high-quality, whole-leaf, loose-leaf tea. And I really like single-region and single-estate teas.

I love tea, especially spice teas. My favorite one is ginger tea, but I also enjoy clove tea, turmeric tea, fennel tea and fenugreek tea. All of them are refreshing and tasty. They also offer many health benefits and can be used as a home remedy against the flu, cold viruses, sore throats, morning sickness, heartburn, gastrointestinal problems, constipation, indigestion, gas and bad breath.

I love tea and I love them made in a lot of ways. In different time of the year and different time of the day, I will have different kinds of tea.

- To start the day, English Breakfast and Earl Grey are always good. And while Earl Grey is a little sour, it goes very well with yogurt and fruits as breakfast.
- After meal, a nice cup of Oolong tea can be great for digestion. You can even get some flowers in the tea to enhance the flavour. I personally like to add osmanthus in Oolong.
- Before going to bed, sleepytime from Celestrial is really what I love.
- During winter time, two of my favorites are Pu-er tea for its rich taste and ginger with wolf-berries. It taste great and have a lot of health benefits especially during winter. Put a handful of wolf-berries there and you don't even need any kind of sweetener.
- During summer when it is hot, make a green tea with rose or a silver needle and put it in the fridge works great for me! Usually I would make it less strong than hot tea so that the tannin doesn't make that tea bitter. (happens when the tea is cooled down)

I personally am a follower of good old - fashioned tea from a tea pot with a splash of milk and half a sugar - I also like rose tea, which soothes head aches!
