M$Buy a large box of frozen shredded chicken or beef toquitos and place evenly in a baking pan. Cover with enchilada sauce (may take 2 jars). Top with cheddar cheese (I like lots of cheese). Bake at 350 for approx 30 min. Can serve with black olives, sour cream, lettuce, etc. Very versatile and easy!!
