Who is your Best Rookie of the Year Awardee in the NBA?

One of the best awards given in any sports league is perhaps the Rookie of the Year Award, for obvious reason it is only given once to any player. In plain words this is a once in lifetime achievement and not everyone are given this privilege.
Here’s a hint: the league have witnessed great rookies such as Michael Jordan, Grant Hill, Damon Stoudamire, Shaquille O’Neal, Derrick Rose, Oscar Robertson, Tim Duncan, Wilt Chamberlain, LeBron James, Walt Bellamy,, David Robinson, Kevin Durant, Emeka Okafor, Vince Carter, Allen Iverson]] and many more. You can give your own choice… My pick is Grant Hill he could’ve been a great player right now if he doesn’t suffered injuries along the way…

For me, the best Rookie of the Year Award winner has to be Michael Jordan. He became arguably the greatest National Basketball Association player of all time. If he wasn't the greatest, he was the most exciting and took high acrobatics in basketball from the previous era of Julius Erving to another level. As a rookie in 1984 - 1985, Jordan shot 51.5% from the floor, 84.5% from the free throw line, averaged 28.2 points, 6.5 rebounds, 5.9 assists and 2.4 steals per game. For his career, Michael Jordan won 6 championships, 5 time Most Valuable Player, scored 32,292 points and averaged 30.1 points per game. If I had to choose a second player, I'd pick Larry Bird, who won the award in 1980. He was an incredible all around player, precsise shooter, all star defensive player and all around champion for the Boston Celtics during the 1980's.
