On December 17th, 2009, I filed criminal charges V/V criminal affidavits, with the Northern District of New York Justice Dept., in Albany, N.Y., on Tiger Woods! I charged Mr. Woods with "RICO facilitation of prostitution" under 18 usc 1955, note 228 "Knowledge Enterprise"! These charges have been stamped in and are being held at the Justice Dept. offices, by its resident senior prosecutor! They are alive and well but I will have to start a "Writ Of Mandimus" to get them off their collective behinds and proceed! They will be reserved, by law, in July! The Justice Dept. has up to 6 months to review any complaint that is not a capital crime, and Tiger Woods buying ladies of the evening, is not a capital crime! I also asked the Justice Dept. review committee to look into "The Mann Act", to see if any of these young ladies were kidnapped or forced by physical violence, to committ sex acts! This is a serious charge that I have filed against this golfer, and it carries a "ten" year sentence. The Justice Dept. and myself have never gotten along since I refused to turn on my partner Paul DiCocco Sr. When I was surrendered to the IRS/CID, in 1987, my partner, Paul DiCocco Sr. was still alive. I had agreed to do non-organized crime related cases, only! I had it in writing. When FBI agents Tom Daunhauer and Roger Rubrick (both retired) tried to get me to roll on Paulie, I told them to kiss off! I did agree to help them on any terrorist related crime in the USA! They actually could not understand that I was the former enforcer for the old commission and Meyer Lansky! I could call anyone I wanted in North America and then some. I had been in the NCS since the age of 20 and was made a full international member, (made guy) of both the NCS and the Lansky Group at the age of 25, in 1973. I was already a single millionaire and Paul DiCocco and Nick Robolotto were my business partners in my hi-jacking. They controlled Local 294 of the Teamsters in Upstate N.Y.!
