Who is the best tattoo artist/shop in Dallas?
I've heard Oliver at Elm Street tats turns out great work, but a variety never hurts, right?

Although I don't have any personal experience with tattoo artists in Dallas, Yelp offers a list of artists and user ratings and Elm Street ranks the highest.
Users at the DallasDanceMusic message board also offer their personal opinions on the best area artists and Yahoo! Local has a list, along with user ratings and comments of tattoo/piercing shops. According to the Dallas Observer 2008 "Best of" list, Pair O'Dice Tattoo was the best tattoo studio, although the reader's choice was Tigger's Tattoos.
