Hi there, and welcome to Mahalo.
Of course this is my personal opinion, but for me, Robby Naish was the best surfer in the world all-time. He was the first surfer to be an international sports celebrity, and almost single-handedly gave the sport its international break-through.
Nowadays, many say Kelly Slater or Cameron Cupello are the best, but I tend to stay with my old hero Haish...
