I will judge by a combination of all of the above.
Tom Brady leads all active quarterbacks in Super Bowl victories with three. Ben Roethlisberger has two, but I don't think either are the best in the NFL today. Brady is perhaps the best in the last decade but going by today, he isn't the same player as he was a few seasons ago. Roethlisberger isn't either.
I think Peyton Manning is still the best quarterback in the game. He has a Super Bowl victory, has thrown for over 52,000 yards, 381 touchdowns and at age 34 is still one of the highest rated quarterbacks by passer rating in the league. He could end his career with the most yards and touchdown passes in a career.
The best young quarterback who could end up having a Hall of Fame career is Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers. He has over 10,000 yards passing and 86 touchdowns in just 2 1/2 years as a starting quarterback.

M$The NFL maintains a quarterback rating system. They consider some of the following statistics: completion percentage, yards gained, number of touchdowns thrown and interceptions. They put all of these into a mix and come up with a passer rating. This year’s leader is Tom Brady of the New England Patriots. Of course, those stats could change with next week’s game.
Even those numbers are a bit misleading. What if a receiver drops the ball? That is not the quarterback’s fault, right? So even with these numbers and statistics, the question is still hard to quantify. But Tom Brady has three Super Bowl rings and a gorgeous wife. Any more questions?

M$While I’m not a fan of the Patriots, you have to enter Tom Brady into the conversation as well being that he helped led New England to three titles in four seasons. So I guess you would have to narrow the criteria somewhat to truly determine what quarterback in the game today can be considered the greatest.
