The man to protect “The Man”. The most gritty position and arguably the most important position in the game. As a youngster, I would moan and curse, and ridicule the teams that drafted offensive lineman in the draft. I would scoff at the announcers and wonder why the flashy receiver wasn’t picked… But, as I grew and started to love this game, and learn this game, you slowly start to realize the flash comes from the guys in the grass.
