To answer who is the best cornerback in the NFL today is not an easy task. The same goes for the historic comparison between cornerbacks from today and those who played in the past. Food for thought, one needs to remember that one of the NFL's best blitzing cornerbacks playing today wears a Green Bay Packers uniform. His name is Charles Woodson who has recorded seven sacks in the past three seasons and has accumulated more than 10 in his 13-year career. Other name that comes to mind is that of Darrelle Revis, currently with the New York Jets, then again the debate about who is the best in the position is highly contested and that will not change in the near future.
