That is Julia Duffy! I recognized her from the show Reba. She was the principal that tried kicking Cheyenne out of high school because she was pregnant.

This is the asker of the question....I went back to the movie which I've seen a hundred times. This is not Julia Duffy. It looks a lot like her, but if you really look at her and listen to her (I realize whoever it is uses an accent in the movie) you can tell its not her. First of all, this woman has a more mature look to her, not older, just different face. What stinks, I think, is that the dog got credit at the end of the movie, and she didn't. But I really don't believe this is Julia. They could be related though. Thanks for responding though, made me look again. Wonder why she didn't get credit?
