Franklin D. Roosevelt helped the American people by initiating the Social Security Act to help the unemployed, disabled, and elderly. George W. Bush, on the other hand, initiated tax cuts which helped the wealthy and the two current wars in both Iraq and Afghanistan. All of which have had serious economic consequences for the majority of people here in the US.
