Her stagename "Gaga" is originated from "Radio Ga-Ga" by Queen. She is commonly wearing overly sizes sunglasses, wigs and her fashion. She has her own "team" of people who handle her hair and fashion which she calles the "Haus of Gaga".

Her previous background reveals she was a stripper and dealed in drugs - however her childhood revealed her to have strict Catholic parents and went to the Convent of the Sacred Heart. She had also loved the piano and wrote her first piano ballad at 13 and performed at open mic nights at 14.

In 2007 GaGa worked with Lower East Side Rock DJ, go-go dancer and performance artist Lady Starlight, who helped Gaga create her onstage fashions.Then GaGa began her own career in music. Her album, The Fame was released in 2008 and her top hit single, "Just Dance" made her fame increase. GaGa also is known for her wild sense of style, which she claims is channaled by Donatella Versace. Near the end of 2008, comparsions were made between GaGa and Christina Aguleira on there fashion, style, and make-up. GaGa claims ""Nobody can copy me, because I can’t be copied."

Lady Gaga is a pop singer who recently became popular after her single 'Just Dance' blew up on the radio and television. Her debut album is called 'The Fame', and the most recent single that has been released from it is called 'Pokerface'. It too has been all over the radio as of late.

She's also fairly well known for not wearing pants and wearing a strange wig and too much makeup. But that's another story.
