Who is helping out local Small Businesses?

Tip for best answer: M$0.25
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

The SBA's 8(a) BD Program, named for a section of the Small Business Act, is a business development program created to help small disadvantaged businesses compete in the American economy and access the federal procurement market.

Local small business are helped the most by the members in there community that support them by doing business with them.
If you look across America today you will see empty shops in almost every downtown. Larger corporations are slowly wiping them out. Small business are unable to compete with the volume and pricing that comes from this large volume.

So I would say the best support for small business is the support they get from there own community members doing business with them.
