The most likely villain would be the RIDDLER - however, the Penguin and Catwoman are also rumored to star.
Kate Beckinsale and Angelina Jolie are both rumored for the Catwoman.
David Tennant, Brian Austin green and Johnny Depp have all been rumored to be the Riddler.
Philip Seymour Hoffman has been rumored for the penguin.
Aaron Eckhart (Two Face) has said he would love to play Two Face again, but the producers consider his character to be dead.
Robin will not be appearing in the next film - for he joins when Batman is much older, and the producers consider him to be still young.
