Who is Flickr's biggest competitor?
What photograph storage websites compete with Flickr? Is Kodak an online competitor with Flickr? Are SmugMug and Webshots in competition with Flickr?

Technically, any other photo storage website is in competition with another. Flickr is definitely in competition with Kodak, Smugmug and Webshots. In my opinion, though, two of Flickr’s biggest competitors are Photobucket and Shutterfly.
I have been using Photobucket for years and find it particularly user-friendly. Photobucket allows users to upload photos, edit them and store them on the website. They also provide links for sharing and the ability to create a ‘photo album’.
Shutterfly allows the same things and has some great products that you can put together for purchase. From greeting cards to holiday cards and mugs and other gift items, adding photos to these types of things can really personalize a gift and make it special.
I have only recently begun experimenting with Flickr and must say that I don’t find it to be as user friendly as Photobucket. Flickr seems more like the social network of the photo storage sites and that’s not really what I’m looking for.
