Clark Howard is a popular U.S. talk radio host of the nationally syndicated consumer advocate program called The Clark Howard Show. He is a self-made millionaire who became rich in the travel agency business.
He attended the Westminster Schools in Atlanta and graduate from the American University n 1976 with a B.A. in urban government. He got his Masters of Business Administration degree from Central Michigan University in 1977.
He retired from travel agency in 1987 and started giving travel advice in guest appearance on Atlanta radio. His segment became very popular that he was given his own radio show. Every Fridays, he devotes his show to Atlanta listeners who are in need of travel advice. This segment is called Friday Flier where he often suggest to look for deals to the West Coast to drive to Birmingham, Alabama to get cheaper deals.
