who invented the moonwalk?

Tip for best answer: M$0.37
Separate topics with commas, or by pressing return. Use the delete or backspace key to edit or remove existing topics.

You can leave an optional "tip" with Mahalo's virtual currency, Mahalo Dollars. If you are asking a difficult question that might require some research, or if you'd like a wide variety of feedback, a higher tip often leads to more answers to your question.

Jackson may well have perfected what became known as the Moonwalk. But it's clear that others landed there first, as demonstrated by such dance-floor pioneers as Bill Bailey, Cab Calloway, Fred Astaire, Eleanor Powell, Rubberneck Holmes, and Sammy Davis, Jr.

The first moonwalk was preformed by a man named Bill Bailey in 1955 according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Moonwalk_(dance)
Michael Jackson is the one who is most famous for the moonwalk

Let's not forget Michael's choreographer, Jeffrey Daniel. If not for him, Michael Jackson would never have been associated with the modern Moon Walk moves!
