Who invented the E cigarette or electronic cigarette?
Is the person who invented the E cigarette also a smoker? It just got me thinking if this product is invented to help fellow smokers aiming to quit the habit or to simply minimize the problem of second-hand smoke in public. When was the electronic cigarette invented?
